Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a cleaning job with DSB Commercial Cleaning Services LTD.

Quotes

Our quotes are free. Contact us with the details of your job and we will give you a quote before we start.

Booking and cancelling

There is no cancellation fee. Please give us at least 1 working day's notice to cancel or move a booking, or at least 2 working days' notice for kitchen extract cleaning.

Access and preparing the area

We need access to the areas being cleaned at the agreed time. Please move light furniture out of the way where you can.

Results

We work to a high standard. Some stains, wear and damage cannot be fully removed, and we will tell you if we think that is likely before we start.

Payment

You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

If something goes wrong

If you are not happy with the work, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right. You can reach us on 07762 749477 or by WhatsApp.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
