Privacy Notice

This notice explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us or use this website.

Who we are

DSB Commercial Cleaning Services LTD. We are the controller of your information. You can reach us on 07762 749477 or by WhatsApp.

What we collect

If you use the quote form, we collect:

• your name and phone number
• your email address and postcode, if you give them
• the type of cleaning and the details you write in the message

If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we also have your number and what you tell us.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any work you book. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Our legal basis is that you asked us to get in touch, and that we need your details to give a quote and do the work (legitimate interests and steps before a contract).

Who handles it

Quote form messages are passed through Web3Forms, a form service, which forwards them to our email. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job records only as long as we need them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
